Dear Readers, 

Warm greetings and thank you for the opportunity. 

By now, you may be asking yourselves on the purpose of my new blog, right? Okay. The purpose is very simple, as someone that enjoys writing and motivating people, many people urged me to start a blog. I had an understanding of what a blog was, but I didn't really fathom its powers and impact until today! 

My blog will not be like others, it will be a place of thinking as if there is no box. I will share my thoughts on so many issues affecting women, youth, Afrika and the world at large. Just to give you a brief background about myself; 

Im Sarah-Leigh Elago, female, a young Afrikan leader in politics, an international youth and women developer, vice president of the Afrikan youth union for the SADC region. I am very passionate about women and youth empowerment, writing, reading and playing chess! I am an unapologetic Pan- Afrikan who believes in an self-sustainable Afrika, an independent thinker and a firm advocate for transformational leadership. 

I hope we shall have an amazing time together as we learn and unlearn.

I want to understand why church leaders thinks it's okay to blame the cheating ways and lusts of men on women and their dress code. Dear Younger Leigh,  I wish I was there to navigate politics and leadership with you.  I truly wish I was there with you, to help you through the propaganda, gossip,  character assassination,  backstabbing, pain, heartache, plots and traps.  I wish I was there to hold your hands and reassure you that it will only get worse.  There is no better in politics or leadership.  It's unfortunate, but it is the truth.  They will target you,  Plot against you, Use you as a scapegoat, Dig massive graves for you, Isolate you, Single you out, Belittle you,  Undermine you, It's unfortunate, but it is the truth.
