Dear World (especially women),
Can you kindly STOP giving filthy looks to women and young girls that buy condoms?
I went to a known service station, the young lady in front of me asked for a packet of condoms, the look on the cashier's face was uncalled for. I didn't mince my words with her, I told her straight up to get off that high horse of diabolical standards and self righteousness before she falls flat on her face.
Comrades, forbidden sex is happening, in the church, in schools, in our communities, universities and everywhere else. It IS happening (especially in the church). Instead of bashing the young lady, I really am proud of her for wanting to protect herself against unwanted pregnancies and diseases. Inasmuch as condoms aren't 100% guaranteed, she is taking responsibility for herself and actions.
Sex is on the loose because we refuse to talk about it at home, in the church, at schools etc. Afrika calls it a taboo to openly speak about sex YET our children, especially the girl child ends up disadvantage, pregnant, diseased and alone, left to carry all the pieces on her own. Reality of the matter is, those working at supermarkets, service stations etc must appreciate young ladies buying condoms and wanting to protect themselves instead of giving them dirty looks.
Our girls are at risk, abstinence is a choice that many aren't following, so condomizing is the second option which we unfortunately have to preach. It's that or worse for our young children.
